What is a Leader Development Consultation?

The Leader Development Consultation (LDC) is a collective of leaders from many nations who gather for encouragement, networking and learning.

What is the purpose of the LDC?

To provide a place where those who specialize in the field of leader development can learn from each other and build ongoing collaborative relationships in the future.

What are the differences between the LDC and any other leadership conference?

First, this is highly collaborative. As one of the participants in a past LDC said, “The LDC was unlike most conferences where people just sit and listen to famous speakers and entertainers.” Second, there are already many great leadership conferences that are for leaders – to encourage them, to help them be better leaders, etc. However, at the LDC, everything revolves around specific leader development issues. It is for those who specifically work in the area of leader development.

What areas are addressed at the LDC?

The LDC tackles the most critical and timely issues for those who work in leader development around the world.

Who can attend?

The LDC is for those who specifically work in the area of leader development. This includes both formal and non-formal leader development work.

Do you have any videos or resources from previous LDC’s?
