First, this is highly collaborative. As one of the participants in a past LDC said, “The LDC was unlike most conferences where people just sit and listen to famous speakers and entertainers.” Second, there are already many great leadership conferences that are for leaders – to encourage them, to help them be better leaders, etc. However, at the LDC, everything revolves around specific leader development issues. It is for those who specifically work in the area of leader development.
